Cancellation Policy
To provide the best care for all our patients in a timely manner, we kindly ask that you respect our appointment and cancellation policies.
When you schedule an appointment with us, we reserve that one-on-one time slot specifically for you, making it unavailable to other patients. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, that is completely understandable. However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer the appointment to other patients who need chiropractic care.
Late Cancellations
If cancellations are made less than 24 hours before your appointment, a late cancellation fee of $40 will apply.
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notifying us, a no-show fee of $80 will apply.
Please note:
You will need to settle the late cancellation / no-show fee before you attend future appointments.
Late cancellation and no-show fees cannot be claimed using private health insurance and must be paid in full.
The act of booking any appointment with our services means that you agree to the cancellation policy.
If you require an email reminder the day before your scheduled appointment, please provide us your email address when you make a booking.
